The Program Manager (PM) plays a key role on our Organizing Team, responsible for executing community organizing, managing data systems and strategy, and overseeing our field programs. The PM is both a strategist and executor – ensuring our outreach efforts are community-rooted, data-informed, and power-building. This is a dynamic position for someone who thrives wearing multiple hats – part campaign tactician, part people-centered coach, and part data infrastructure lead.
