Alice is an educator, mother and education advocate. She grew up on a family farm in Lyons, Colorado, where she loved exploring the mountains and enjoying the great outdoors.
After graduating from high school, Alice worked in the restaurant industry and spent time living in Washington DC and Chicago, Illinois. She always found herself returning to Colorado, and in 2017, she received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education. Today, Alice works as a lead teacher in a Title 1 public charter school where she has been for six years. During her time as an educator, Alice has had the privilege of teaching kindergarten, second grade and third grade.
Alice is married and has two wonderful children. She is also a proud parent to three furry friends. She cherishes time with family as it’s a true gift to live near her immediate family here on the Front Range. She is excited to be part of the Denver Families community and looks forward to impacting her community as an Advocacy Ambassador.
