Erin Kobler (she/her) has spent many years working in public education and within the Denver community. She served as Communications Manager at RootED, and continues the work of amplifying impactful stories and priorities of schools, students and families as Director of Communications at Denver Families.
While working in Denver Public Schools, Erin focused on parent and community engagement at Place Bridge Academy, a magnet school for refugee and immigrant students, and in the DPS Communications department, supporting communications for the DPS bond and mill levy investments. Her career also includes roles at nonprofits such as Action for Healthy Kids, Big City Mountaineers and Hunger Free Colorado.
Born and raised in northern Colorado, Erin holds a B.A. in English with a communications minor from Lake Forest College. She is the proud parent of two DPS students.
