Sean has a variety of experiences working in the private and non-profit sector. Sean currently serves as the Associate Chief Transformation Officer, a dual role where he is responsible for the effective design, governance and integration of Denver Health’s strategy and organizational performance and supporting the operations of the Denver Health Foundation. Previously, Sean was President and a Partner at Prosono, LLC where he spent nearly seven years launching and growing its professional services while also leading delivery across education, housing, health care, and other industries for corporations, non-profits, and government entities. Prior to Prosono, Sean had been primarily focused on the nonprofit sector. He worked to build great organizations by creating strong organizationally aligned teams, purpose, and culture, which attracts and supports talent; building organizational strategy; designing and delivering support and execution systems; and managing P&L.<\/p>\n

Sean has a bachelor\u2019s degree in history from the University of Illinois and a master\u2019s in arts of teaching from Western New Mexico University, and was also a Bonfils-Livingston Fellow, Center for Progressive Leadership Fellow, Colorado Governor\u2019s Fellow, and AEI Leadership Member. Sean joined the Denver Health Foundation in
