Mario is a dedicated professional with a robust background in education and community engagement. Currently serving as a talent acquisition specialist at Denver Public Schools, he focuses on enhancing diversity and inclusivity within the Mental Health Pathways Program through strategic partnerships and recruitment initiatives.

Previously, Mario excelled as a recruitment manager at KIPP Colorado Public Schools where he streamlined hiring processes and provided executive support to the CEO. With extensive experience as an enrollment counselor at East High School and as a career and technical education specialist at Goodwill Industries, Mario has a proven track record of supporting students and fostering community partnerships to promote career readiness.

Mario complements his career and demonstrates his commitment to educational advocacy and community development through active volunteer roles such as Advocacy Ambassador for Denver Families and chair of the District Advisory and Accountability Committee for Westminster Public Schools.
